Requirements:

• Diploma in Manufacturing/Quality Engineering or equivalents.

• Responsible for controlling Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA).
• Oversight of quality control for incoming, in-process, and outgoing products.

Position: Career Consultant

Key Responsibilities

a. Client Engagement
• Clarify and manage Job Seeker expectations of the programme including responsibilities of both parties, data protection and programme requirements in order to achieve buy-in
• Provide career consultancy support including resume tailoring, interview preparation, exploration of alternative career options, etc. according to Job Seeker needs
• Identify barriers to employment, job goals and various training needs to develop mutually agreed upon Action Plan to support Job Seeker back into employment
• Hold regular follow-up appointments to provide accountability and monitor progress on Action Plan, adjusting along the way as necessary
• Motivate, encourage and empower Job Seekers throughout their job search journey

b. Business Partnering
• Work with the business development team to communicate and value-add of company/ CMP Programme to build relationships with employers and secure new vacancies
• Understand employer business needs and partner with them to fulfil their hiring requirements by matching suitable Job Seekers accordingly
• Research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local labour market, employers and industry sectors

c. In-Work Support
• Support Job Seekers through their first 12 months of new employment via monthly calls to ensure sustained employment
• Assist Job Seekers with adjusting to their new work environment, troubleshooting any issues that may affect sustained employment

d. Administration & Quality
• Adhere to company, Project and WSG guidelines, policies, and procedures at all times
• Document all correspondences and support rendered to Job Seekers on CRM system
• Ensure Job Seeker details on all systems are updated in a timely and accurate manner
• Provide accurate and timely reporting on all relevant activities
• Maintain strict confidentiality of Job Seeker information in accordance to PDPA requirements

Job Requirements
• Minimum Diploma / Degree qualification
• Minimum 4 years of working experience with relevant transferable straits
• IT-savvy with the ability to pick up new systems / software

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative Jewelry Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewelry design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to transform concepts into stunning pieces. The Jewelry Designer will be responsible for creating unique jewelry designs, staying updated with industry trends, and collaborating with other departments to bring designs to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development:Create original jewelry designs from concept to final product, ensuring they align with the company’s brand and market trends.
  Develop sketches, renderings, and 3D models using design software (e.g., CAD).
  Select appropriate materials, gemstones, and finishes for each design.
  Stay current with fashion and jewelry trends to inspire and inform new designs.
  
• Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with the Head of Design to understand project requirements and objectives.
  Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and producible.
  Liaise with marketing and sales departments to understand customer preferences and market demands.
  Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
  
• Technical Skills and Knowledge:Utilize design software and tools to create detailed drawings and specifications.
  Knowledge of jewelry manufacturing processes, including casting, setting, and finishing.
  Conduct quality checks on prototypes and final products to ensure they meet design specifications and standards.
  Troubleshoot and resolve any design or production issues that arise.
  
• Project Management:Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
  Maintain organized records of all design projects, including sketches, models, and production notes.
  Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source materials and components as needed.
  
• Innovation and Continuous Improvement:Seek out new techniques, materials, and technologies to enhance the design process and product offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Jewelry Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in jewelry design, preferably in a luxury or high-end market.
• Proficiency in design software such as Rhino, Matrix, or other CAD programs.
• Knowledge of jewelry production processes and materials.
• Portfolio of previous jewelry design work required.
