About the role

We are seeking dedicated Mathematics and Science Tutors to join our international educational team. The tutors will be based in Vietnam but may be required to travel in the region. These roles involve teaching mathematics and science across various levels, including Primary, Secondary, Junior College (JC), and International Baccalaureate Diploma (IB DP) programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics and/or science education, proven teaching skills, and the ability to adapt lessons to meet the needs of diverse student groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective math lessons that cater to the needs of students at Primary, Secondary, JC, and IB levels.
• Assess and evaluate students’ progress and provide timely feedback to help them improve.
• Develop and use instructional materials suitable for various educational stages and learning abilities.
• Maintain accurate records of students’ progress and development.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding students’ progress and potential areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest educational trends and methods in mathematics education.
• Encourage a positive learning environment that motivates and challenges students to excel in mathematics.
• Offer extra help with day-to-day and long-term assignments to ensure students meet course requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Science, or a related field from a recognized university.
• Proven experience in teaching Mathematics and Science subjects at the secondary level; experience with Singapore curriculum and/or IB programs/ A-Level is highly preferred.
• Comfortable to join our international educational team, be based in Vietnam but may be required to travel in the region

Location: Penjuru Lane (Transport provided @Jurong east)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare correspondence emails, letters, statements, documents, and reports
• Draft company's policies, regulations, rules, and supervise the implementation.
• Manage filing and document control for company policies, regulations, SOPs, contracts & agreements, reports, and other administrative documents.
• Possess legal knowledge and liaise with lawyers when required.
• Fully in charges the administration department and manage administrative issues for the company.
• Process administrative work related to government authorities, associations, the company’s head office, customers, and visitors.
• Handle administrative and logistical arrangements for customers and visitors.
• Organize events by coordinating with relevant departments for planning and implementation.
• Collect training requirements from relevant departments, prepare the company training plan, and supervise its implementation.
• Collect and arrange daily and weekly activities for company management.
• Manage vehicles and drivers for the company.
• Provide backup support for colleagues in IT and HR positions.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned by superiors.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist to develop and implement trade marketing strategies to drive sales achieve business objectives.
• Work closely with sales team and to follow through on execution of trade and in-store activities.
• Track and manage the brand marketing budget efficiently, including preparation of A&P Claims.
• Ensure timely execution of point-of-sale marketing materials, displays, and in-store promotions.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities for growth opportunities.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of branding campaigns and initiatives, and provide recommendations for improvement
• Assist in the management and delivery of the assigned brand’s profitability.
• Prepare monthly reports as required.
• Collaborate with various departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and coordination.
• Other ad-hoc job-related duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• With experience in brand activation within the consumer products industry is required, with prior experience in a trade marketing role often preferred.
