Job Duties:

• Assist with the Reception desk as required and other associated tasks, including directing incoming calls and visitor arrival/departure
• Using the in-house database and other systems effectively to ensure maximum efficiency
• Ability to work flexibly in a busy environment with an established team and processes
• Organising couriers
• Maintain filing system
• Prepare mail
• Arrange correspondence for overseas deliveries

Job Requirements:

• Relevant experience within an office environment would be advantageous
• Highly motivated and organized individual with a flexible approach to work
• Detail-oriented and ability to work independently
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising the quality of work or safety
• Able to work on Saturdays as of when required

• Design and development of Smart IoT Devices and Intelligent Measuring Instruments
• Work alongside engineers to deliver new features on a range of innovative new products.
• The roles involve to define new products specification and develop strategy to achieve set functional performances.
• You will have direct involving on the design, development, implementation of new features to new product's prototypes and pilot production and overseeing mass production to launching in worldwide markets.
• You will visit our factory to interact with our engineering, quality assurance and production teams.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficient with 3D modelling software e.g Solidwork 3D software
• Knowledge of mechanical engineering calculations and components selection will be an added advantage

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily product deliveries to designated customer areas.
• Timely and efficient delivery within specified timeframes.
• Primary duty is to deliver products and, if necessary, collect payments from customers.
• Providing support for unloading products from delivery vehicles at the conclusion of each work shift.
• Ensuring the secure and timely delivery of the product without any delays or harm.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred
• Proficient in city routes and roads, enabling guidance for emergency detours.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced work setting.
• Willing to work extended hours, including weekends, when necessary.
• Physically fit for sustained heavy lifting tasks.
• Possesses a positive demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Proficient in basic calculations.
