Responsibilities

• Handle and coordinate active calendars
• Schedule and confirm meetings
• Ensure file organization based on office protocol
• Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
• Submission of invoices to insurance companies for direct billing
• Handling Client enquiries and appointment bookings

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Administrative jobs
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Average gross monthly salary: S$1800 - S$2400
