• Assist in managing and controlling employee benefits utilization such as leave, medical benefits as per HR policy & guidelines.
• Preparation of HR department correspondences that includes HR letters.
• Liaise with recruitment agencies for candidate sourcing.
• Liaise with vendors on dormitory issues.
• To support administrative works for office to ensure smooth running of daily operation.
• Hands on and very familiar with entire payroll processing, reporting & statutory board declarations including liaison with outsourced payroll vendors.
• Participate in corporate projects and help organise staff events.
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by immediate superiors.

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration, or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years of related working experience.
• Meticulous, organized and highly dependable.
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure.

Requirements

• A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably with some exposure to HR business partnering or advisory work.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes including recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Experience with work pass processing and familiarity with local labor laws is beneficial.
• Some technical knowledge or background in engineering disciplines such as electrical, mechanical, or process engineering would be advantageous.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.

As a HR Assistant, you report directly to the management. Your main duties includes:

• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Apply/renew/cancellation of work permit
• Staff Scheduling
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
• Communicate with public services when necessary
