Requirements

Minimum 6 years’ relevant working experience in culinary in resorts and up-market hotels.

• Position: Admin Assistant/Sales Admin
• Location: Peninsula Plaza (Walking Distance from City Hall MRT)
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,000 + AWS + Transport Allowance + Birthday Incentive + 14 Days AL + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks, including inventory, sales records, payment, and shipment details
• Maintain and organize records of shipments, costs, and delivery schedules
• Generate periodic reports for management
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking clients
• Minimum 'N' level and 1 year of relevant experience required
