Key Responsibilities

• Provide sales support such as preparing quotations, PO and invoices.
• Communicate with customers and drivers related to order status, delivery and payment.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing/documentation.
• Any other task as assigned by the Superior.

• Min GCE O or A level, higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior working experience in sales administrative support-related duties is preferred
• Being able to commit immediately or on short notice will be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office
