Key Accountabilities

Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for assigned business units to ensure smooth integration of new hire into the organization.

Performance Management:

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation align with personal data protection governance.
• Responsible for HR deliverables for the business units and ensure all the HR initiatives are performed in accordance with HR guidelines and compliance with countries laws and regulations while balancing the specific needs of business operations.

Regional Support:

• Support the Senior HR Regional Manager in the collaboration with SEA Regional HR on HR strategies and organisational-wide projects.

Key Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field
• 5 years’ experience working as HR Generalist
• Proficient with Singapore Labor Law including Employment Act
• Excellent in written & spoken English and ability to communicate with all levels of employees
• Strong analytical skills with critical thinking and problem-solving skill
