• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Words and Powerpoint)
• Familiar with Payroll software such as Xero

-Monitor and handle administrative matters in the office

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)

-Answers phone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel and maintains good phone -etiquette

-Responds to emails and other digital queries and correspondence

-Other ad hoc general duties that the management may require assistance from time to time

We are looking for a either full time or part timer Clinic Assistant to join us. Location @ 668 Chander Road

Job Scope

• Handle front desk works including answering phone calls, registration of patients, dispensing of drugs and collection of payment
• Assist Doctors with minor procedure when required
• Maintain clinic's cleanliness and hygiene at all times
• Assist in maintaining and restocking inventory/supplies
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Working Hours (Mon to Fri - 8am to 5pm, Sat 8am to 1pm)
