Key Responsibilities

• Ensure precise calculation and payment of salaries and overtime.
• Record and monitor employee leave in line with company policies.
• Manage the application and renewal of work permits for foreign workers.
• Submit semi-annual medical examination results of foreign workers to the appropriate authorities.
• Keep foreign workers' residential addresses updated in Ministry of Manpower (MOM) records.
• Supply and manage essentials like uniforms, safety shoes, and lockers for worker welfare.
• Maintain accurate and updated personnel data.
• Handle renewal processes for work passes.
• Process insurance-related claims efficiently and accurately.
• Keep precise records of employee attendance to support payroll and operations.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

The Senior Admin and HR Executive or Assistant Managfer level will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and human resource functions of the organization in Singapore and experiences in new entities set up . Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Responsibilities:

Office Management:

• Oversee the smooth functioning of the office, including facilities management, maintenance, and vendor management.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and integration into the company culture.

Employee Relations:

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary.

Performance Management:

• Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
• Work with department heads to identify training and development needs and create individual development plans.

Compliance & Policy Management:

• Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Manage employee records and ensure confidentiality.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR and administration, with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role and having set up new Company experiences from the scratch.

We are seeking a proactive, organized and detail-oriented HR and Admin Executive to assist our client in their long-established landscaping and group businesses. The ideal candidate understands the Employment Act and comes with some HR and admin experience to help keep the HR department in its deliverables to its employees and Company business.

Responsibilities

· To render overall daily operations support to the HR and Admin Dept of the Company/Group Companies.

HR Responsibilities

· To practise Employment Act best practises for matters pertaining to salary computations(OT, reconciling timesheets), leave entitlement calculations and absence deductions

· Handling of employees/workers HR matters with reference to guidance spelt by Employment Act

· Handle foreign workers’ matters including apply and renew work permit, managing foreign workers’ accommodation, workers’ repatriation and compute timesheets.

· Record staff medical reimbursement.

· Handle staff Hospitalisation and Surgery and WIC claims with the respective claim processing authority.

· Liase with recruitment agent and arrange candidates for interview.

· Organize monthly staff birthday celebration, assist in annual dinner and dance, Christmas and CNY celebration

Administrative support

· Work with freight forwarders on the import documentation for custom clearance. Arrange for insurance and coordinate delivery.

· Responsible for office equipment, staff uniforms, pantry refreshments, stationeries etc

· Responsible for company’s vehicles inspection, renewal of road tax and insurance.

· Handle phone calls and incoming emails.

· Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

· Min ‘O’ level preferably with Certificate in HRM.

· Good Employment Act knowledge with at least 1 year experience practise in the Singapore jurisdiction

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar job scope.

· Possess good sense of responsibility, self-motivated, attentive to detail and able to work independently in fast-paced environment.

· Good level of proficiency in MS Office skills such as Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
