About the Role
• You will be responsible for the leading a team of Engineers and Technicians to ensure smooth operation of the facilities on day-to-day operations. You will be actively participating in new project tenders, setting up and operationalizing a team to deliver the contractual services to clients.
• You will be involved in Lifecycle projects, A&A works and other projects assigned.
• You will be assigned to other Business units/sites when required.
• You reports to the Senior Manager and assist him in the day to day operations
Job Scope
• Manage assigned Site and Business Units.
• Participate in new project tenders, setting up and operationalizing a team to deliver the contractual services to clients.
• Managing the Hard and Soft FM operations daily
• Ensure operation effectiveness of the team where you will review and implement new strategies or processes that can better serve the clients
• Ensuring periodical maintenance are carried out as plan.
• Overseeing reactive maintenance cases and drive towards reduction
• Presentation to management to seek approval for lifecycle projects.
• Carrying out 5S facilities inspection for 5S regularly
• Ensuring procedures fully comply with the statutory regulations.
• Contract management
• Risk management
• Financial management which includes managing Site budget, accounting and financial operations
• Lifecycle management
• Weekly reporting to management
• Ensuring contractual KPI are met at all times.
About You
- Degree or Diploma in Building/Facilities Management or Engineering from a recognised university or polytechnic or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in building management services.
