3. CV Formatting: Review, format, and organize candidate CVs to align with company standards.

4. Administrative Support: Handle data entry and management in recruitment systems or spreadsheets.
   Assist in coordinating recruitment-related activities and tasks as needed.
   

Key Skills and Requirements:

Job Responsiblities:

• Responsible for the preparation and processing of the full spectrum of biweekly payroll.
• Create and maintain employee records in the payroll system and ensure that changes are entered correctly and updated on a timely basis.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of approvals.
• Assist in generating files for CPF submission.
• Generate reports including overtime, provision bonus as and when required.
• Attend to queries from employees regarding all payroll matters.
• Prepare annual IR8A and tax clearance and submit to IRAS.

Job Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Business/HR or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge in Easypay is an added advantage
• Good working knowledge of the Employment Act, CPF & IRAS statutory requirements
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

The Assistant Manager of HR & Admin is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the

Human Resources and Administration departments. This role will involve managing HR functions

• Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new employee in the department

• Analyze the trends in compensation and benefits to improve the employee retention
• Handles disciplinary case and termination of employees in accordance with the company policy.

The Talent

• Degree in Human Resource Management field or relevant professional certificates
• Min 8 years of experience in HR Generalist role with at least 3 years of supervisory experience
• Strong experience in drafting proposals and experience in compensation & benefits
• Familiarize with HR practices and strong knowledge in local employment laws
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications
• Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills

Our client an established Marine Offshore supplier are currently seeking for a HR Assistant/executive to join their dynamic team.

Job Description

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, facilitating interviews, conduction reference checks when needed and making employment offers
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with both internal and external sourcing channels, ensuring that all positions are filled in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Review recruitment and sourcing strategies on a regular basis
• Manage strategic initiative such as graduate hire programs, internships, job fairs, etc
• Update internal databases with new hire information
• Prepare HR documentation for employees P-files and ensure required personnel records are in order
• Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department
• Assist with employee benefits administration, including enrolments, changes, and terminations
• Coordinate employee events and activities, including training sessions, team building events, and employee recognition programs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and legal requirements related to HR and Admin activities
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and/or administrative support roles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of HRIS and payroll software is preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
