Control Risks is seeking an Associate Director to play a key role in growing the crisis and security consulting practice across Southeast Asia (SEA). This position will focus on developing deep and profitable client relationships, driving the growth of the crisis and security consulting practice in SEA, and ensuring quality service delivery across our range of consulting engagements, including crisis management, crisis response, business continuity, and security risk management issues.

Building and maintaining successful relationships with existing Control Risks clients will be important for this role and identifying and pursuing new clients and business development opportunities to expand the crisis management, business continuity and security risk management opportunities in the region is crucial.

Role tasks and responsibilities:

• Cultivate, grow and deepen Control Risks’ relationships with security and risk buyers in our Client organisations, being seen as their “go to” person within Control Risks.
• Identify, nurture and help win new business development opportunities.
• Actively lead on business continuity and crisis management projects from first client enquiry to proposal development, task servicing, quality assurance and project closure
• Project manage and, utilising a regional team of consultants and experts, deliver the full range of security consulting and services engagements in Southeast Asia and across Asia broadly, when required.
• Deliver consultancy services to clients by developing innovative solutions to complex risks. You will be responsible for scoping and delivering across a broad range of business risk activities, including crisis management and business continuity workshops, audits, gap analyses and risk assessments

Essential:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Director for Commercialization and Enablement in the Products departmentto deliver the commercialization strategies for TerraPay’s products globally. Key Responsibilities:

• Commercialization Execution:
  Responsible for the delivery of product commercialization strategies, ensuring alignment with GTM plans and market needs. Oversee the launch of new products and the expansion of existing products into new regions with relevant stakeholders.

• Sales Enablement:
  Develop and implement sales enablement materials such as product presentations, case studies, competitive analysis, and training tools for the sales team in collaboration with various internal stakeholders. Primary Responsibilities

Executes Butler Runner Core Tasks

• Collect daily amenities such as fruits, special amenities and stocks and to distribute them to operational pantries and appropriate storage spaces.
• Maintain the cleanliness of all butler operational pantries and store according to audit standards at all times.
• Receive and replenish stocks such as fruits and minibar items.
• Napkin folding, silverware polishing and chinaware cleaning.

• Picking up of welcome drink ingredients.
• Handle breakage process on a weekly basis.
• Update all HACCP any audit trackers in a timely fashion.

• Regulation changes & awards decisions: Staying update of key regulatory changes and seeking guidance and direction from HRBP and/ or Employment Counsel on the application to ensure compliance. Acts as a bridge between statutory information and stakeholders, interpreting the information to educate stakeholders on the impact and required actions.
• Annual award minimum wage review activity & internal annual salary review activity: Manage timelines and communications to stakeholders, review employees’ salaries against the award minimum wage requirements, share findings and recommendations with HRBPs and prepare necessary documentation.

• Overtime calculation: Review the timesheets against the overtime requirements under the Award, calculating how much overtime has applied to that month. Ensuring overtime is either agreed as TOIL or paid out in the next pay run. 
• TOIL: Ensure that an appropriate record of TOIL is being captured, tracking when it was accrued and when it is taken to ensure we remain compliant.
• Allowances checking: conduct quarterly award allowances checking, tracking and calculation.
• Reconciliation: Completing a review of employees’ payment in line with their entitlements with the Award for those with an annualized contract on the 12-month anniversary of the annualized contract date. Ensuring rectification for the leaver is paid within 7 days of the final day.
• Record maintenance: Ensuring an accurate way to track all colleagues who are currently, and who have been, Award covered. Including their relevant award and any specific details such as classification level. 
• Processes & SOP: Identify gaps and developing process mapping / SOP guidelines for modern awards. Review and maintain - Stay up to date on Australia Modern Awards regulation and apply this knowledge to continuously improve HR processes and initiatives.
• Projects: Assist in project delivery and any HR initiatives both solo and in partnership with HR Business Partner and APAC HRSSO & Payroll Team
• Engagement: Demonstrates confidence and courage to appropriately challenge assumptions and a high level of professionalism to push through on solutions while maintaining relationships at all organizational levels.
