• This is a part-time position, and you might be required to work two rotating shifts and on Saturdays to meet the hospital needs.

You will perform basic services in the Operating Theatres that include, but are not limited to setting up of Operating Theatre suites and basic equipment set-up to meet surgical list for the day. You will ensure that the daily cleaning of patient trolleys and floors in the operating rooms, as well as the preparation of operating rooms in between cases to meet the Hospital’s Infection Control Practices. You also assist the surgical team in transferring and positioning patient onto the operating table, adjusting Operating Theatre lights when assigned.

Requirement

• GCE N/ O Levels
• Candidates who have completely WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support (Operating Theatres / Sterilisation Services) will be an advantage
• Relevant working experience as Operating Theatre Technical Assistant / Operating Theatre Technical Associate is preferred
• Meticulous, and able to work with little supervision
• Able to perform 3 rotating shifts (7am to 3.35pm; 1pm to 9.35pm; 9pm to 7.30am), including weekends and public holidays

You will be a part of the Technology and Innovation Team and will participate in and support initiatives of three key objectives; emplacement of HR systems and projects, enablement of the daily HR operations and support, and empowerment of Strategic HR by education, training, and sharing of technological skills and knowledge.

Your job roles and responsibilities will include the following:

• Handling HR system support cases and escalation of HR system issues
• Administering system functionalities
• Performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the HR systems remain fit for the organization’s purpose
• Updating Intranet content
• Managing company IT assets and equipment for HR and liaising with IT partners or vendors
• Maintaining accurate documentation of systems and processes
• Monitoring access controls and management of IT accounts
• Conducting audits to ensure compliance and data security
• Participating in process automation initiatives eg Robotic Process Automation

About the role:

• Responsible for administrating the Employee Lifecycle Management and Employee Relations such as New Hire Orientation/onboarding matters, Employee Engagement, etc.
• Lead work pass management and recruitment process
• Monitoring and regular updates related to work pass quotas and migrant workers levy status Updating of all Medical schemes and processing of payments including MWOC

About you:

• Diploma / Degree holder in HRM or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years' experience.

Responsibilities

You will handle SingHealth Pharmacare’s (SPC) finance functions of Accounts Receivable and Fixed Assets. The duties include creating sales invoices, verifying collections from SPC outlets and performing both bank and inter-company reconciliations. You will need to perform closing of accounts, prepare audit schedules and update bank mandates. You will also need to liaise with SPC and Facilities Development to obtain information on capitalisation, fixed assets and leases and be updated with any movements in fixed assets.

You will report to the Assistant Manager, Finance Operations and assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Senior Manager, Deputy Director and/or Chief Financial Officer.
