• Source and collaborate with external partners for customized training content and delivery, negotiate agreements, and manage contracts in coordination with the Corporate Legal team.
• Update and review employee orientation materials regularly to ensure they are current and relevant.
• Organize and facilitate orientation sessions for new hires.
• Maintain and update the Training Calendars in the HR portal, including onboarding and corporate training schedules.
• Coordinate and manage in-house and external training programs that align with business objectives, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements.
• Liaise with training vendors to arrange schedules, materials, costs, venues, and other logistical details to ensure seamless execution of the training plan.
• Conduct post-training evaluations and assessments. Monitor and ensure the effectiveness and relevance of training programs.
• Respond to ad-hoc training requests as needed.
• Manage the administration of training bonds.
• Handle applications and claims for training-related grants (e.g., Training Grant, Absentee Payroll).
• Generate and track training reports and program utilization metrics.
• Address employee queries related to Training Policy and procedures.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in a HR (L&D) AND HR Operations focused role
• Candidate must be Proficiency in MS office especially Excel
• Candidate must have High integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information and/or projects
• Candidate must have Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Under the guidance of the NNI Stroke team, you will aid in implementing screening of patient and caregiver symptoms and needs in the NNI clinic as part of holistic care for NNI Neuropalliative Care patients with neurological and neurosurgical disorders as follows:

• Establish strong rapport and working relationships with patients, patients’ family members, internal and external stakeholders and (where necessary) community care partners.
• Be the main point of contact for care coordination and navigation.
• Assist in screening patients for health and/or social care needs such as administering distress thermometer screening, basic vital sign measurements, simple questionnaires to understand caregiver burden, etc. Escalate care to medical/nursing when appropriate.
• Assist in collation of screening forms and population of database.
• Assist the team in monitoring and follow-up on patients’ conditions through phone calls or home visits, and help in coordinating various care services.
• If required, maintain updated documentation of care plan, post-intervention follow-ups, and engagements.
• Assist in educating patients and their family on the self-management of illness and importance of a healthy lifestyle, and for reinforcing individualised patient and caregiver education.
• Support team with community outreach and engagement efforts.

Job Requirements

• Recognised Diploma with or without relevant working experience in healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power point)
• Knowledge in Microsoft Access would be an advantage.
