RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies, channels and plans to enhance employee engagement and alignment with company goals.
• Coordinate and manage employee events, town halls, and other communication forums. Learning and Development Support
• Assist HR Manager in coordinating and organizing training programs, workshops, and other learning initiatives.
• Maintain training records, track participation, and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Provide logistical support for learning activities, including scheduling, venue arrangements and participant communications.
• Manage Learning Management System
• Responsible for full spectrum of Training & Development process not limited to course registration, maintenance of training records, training evaluation in compliance with programmed funding and organizational policies
• Prepare and monitor the implementation of training bonds
• Ensure Training ISO documentation are in place in accordance to internal and external audit standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in internal communications, including managing various communication channels
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient in using diverse IT systems, applications, and tools, with a keen aptitude for quickly learning and adapting to new technologies.
• IHRP Certification is preferred/is a plus

Job Scope:

1. HR role, like apply or renew of WorkPass, renew Road Tax, insurances (WICA, etc.)

2. Submission of CPF, IRAS, GST

3. Issuing of invoices, SOA, PO, DO and other ads-hoc

4. Payroll, calculation of overtime for workers, works claim

5. Handling suppliers, sourcing of materials

6. Handle account payable and receivable

7. Liaise with accountants

8. Coordination with with director, project manager, supervisor and workers

9. Others ad-hoc: answering phone calls, replying emails, data entry, etc.

Job Requirement:

1. Minimum GCE 'N' or GCE 'O' Level, or higher

2. Fresh Grad are welcome, with minimum 1 year experienced or any relevant will be advantage

3. Strong work ethic, quick learner, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment

4. Bilingual (Chinese and English) for liaising with supplier and customer

5. Able to multi-task with priority management

6. Computer literacy (MS Office (MS Excel, MS Words, MS Powerpoint)

7. Working knowledge of office equipment such as printers, copiers

8. Only Singapore Citizenship or Singapore PR may apply
