• Provide frontline customer service for registration and appointments of department.
• Assist with coordination and appointment booking for the customers
• Administrative duties associated with the clinical services/ programmes.
• Answer enquiries through phone/email
• Updating of patient particulars in the system
• Assist in basic medical examination when needed
• Keep track of drug inventory
• Assist in setting up consultation room and explain procedures to patients when needed
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

To lead project teams in the design, set-up and management of leading-edge research and,

To carry out account management activities – managing existing client relationships, including seeking repeat business, and actively seeking major and new client opportunities and management.

• Responsible for the actions and activities of the team (with business area Director)

• Profit and loss+ responsibility for projects that one is managing and business area

Requirements

• Tertiary or professional qualification or experience in relevant field.
