Winning Work & Client Relationships

• Responsible for the development and maintenance of the client plan and positive client relationships.

About the Social Work Team

The Opportunity

This role is an opportunity for a social work practitioner, who is passionate to contribute to empowering disadvantaged individuals and families in working towards improvement in their lives. In this role, you will be reporting to an Assistant Social Worker/Lead Social Worker, and work collaboratively with the social work team to work towards elevating professional standards and service delivery to better serve CWS’ clients.
