Job Responsibilities

• Manage all operational aspects of contract administrative matter such as renewals, contract and letter preparations
• Manage all operational aspects on probation administrative matter such as triggering of notifications and confirmation letter preparations

• Overall monitoring of contracts and provide status updates to Team Leader
• Raise request for matters related to bonus payments or ad-hoc one-time payment

• Monthly reports management

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resources or relevant discipline
• Tech-savvy with good proficiency in Microsoft Office and technology tools (Note: Excel skills such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables are important)
• Experience with Workday or other leading HR Systems preferably

Job Description - Details

1. Valuation and Investment Analysis

Oversee valuation analyses using advanced methodologies and financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, preparing investment committee memorandums for executive review to prepare and deliver complex financial presentations that meet senior management/board of directors and stakeholder standards.

2. M&A

Working on sell-side, buy-side and other structural deals in all stages of execution. You will be actively involved in execution of cross-border structural deals with a Southeast Asian angle, being either for Southeast Asian clients or for Japanese clients with interest in Southeast Asia in deal value of US100 million.

3. Presentation Development and Enhancement

Develop and present materials for meetings with potential target companies and stakeholders including our company's management & limited partners, internal strategy sessions, investor reporting, and fundraising, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and meeting stakeholder expectations.

4. Fund Raising

Communicate closely with the potential LP investors in ASEAN and Japan, and assist their onboarding on the company's fund raising process, which will be acceralted in FY2025.

5. Opportunity Identification and Assessment

Collaborate closely with the investment team to identify and assess new investment opportunities in ASEAN and Japan, overseeing research and analysis of target companies.

6. Portfolio Management Oversight

7. Corporate Governance

Job Requirements

1. More than 3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or asset management, specializing in portfolio management, financial modeling, and corporate compliance in a oversea subsidiary of a global listed company.

2. A minimum of 1 year of experience in the investment banking division or a similar department within a multi-national trading company is required. This role requires effectively communicating investment decisions and performance outcomes to limited partners—including corporate investors and financial institutions such as Mitsubishi Corporation, CIMB, and the Development Bank of Japan—while demonstrating both financial expertise and a solid understanding of business management practices within a trading company environment.

3. More than 3 years of of comprehensive experience in performing valuation analysis using multiple methodologies, including income, market, and cost approaches. Skilled in financial modeling to assess and promote investment opportunities and in producing top-tier investment committee memorandums that meet industry high-class standards.

4. Minimum of 3 years of experience managing strategic private equity funds with an Assets under Management (AuM) of at least USD 100 million.

5. Experience handling cross-border finance projects.

6. Deep understanding in all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the common code of conduct regarding information security of financial sectors.

7. Proven experience engaging with senior stakeholders globally, ideally including clients or investors from ASEAN and Japan, with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures and align diverse perspectives with corporate strategies.

Technology Assurance assists our clients with the following services:

• IT audits: This service involves performing IT-related procedures in support of financial statement audits, integrated audits, internal audits or other form of attestation engagements. Any organization that wants to work effectively need to ensure the safety of their information by implementing a data protection plan.
• Data Analytics: Data-driven analyses are performed to help identify areas of risk and to enhance process and technology controls, improve IT operations and compliance processes as well as to achieve cost efficiencies. This includes the development of analytics test procedures, statistical models and algorithms to client’s data to identify instances of process or control gaps, occurrences of unauthorised or non-compliant activities within the organization and cost optimization opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

As an Associate within the Technology Assurance team, you will:

• Participate in multiple client engagement teams and other related activities. Engagements focus on the assessment and/or evaluation of Information Technology (IT) systems and the mitigation of IT-related business risks. Engagements may be either assurance/other assurance (attestation) and/or extended assurance in nature and vary considerably in size and complexity.
• Serve as a fieldwork team member to assist clients in employing proper information systems, resources, and controls to maximise efficiencies and minimise risk.
• Work with client personnel to analyse, evaluate, and enhance information systems facilitating the business internal control process, and will assist clients and other Technology Assurance professionals in performing information technology control and security engagements.
