What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?

• Bachelor’s Degree in in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field. At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the financial services or asset management industries, with a minimum of 2 years in Cyber Security or Information Security.
• Hands-on experience in supporting and maintaining cybersecurity platforms, including troubleshooting techniques and the use of diagnostic tools.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, networking concepts and protocols, and principles of access rights and permissions.

3. Conduct informed consent in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Responsible conduct of research (RCR) guidelines and the Human Biomedical Research Act (HBRA)
4. Scheduling of study screening and follow up visits
5. Perform study measurements, data and biological sample collection accordingly to SOPs
6. Maintain regular communication with other team members in different study sites
7. Manage research study databases, including data queries

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data collection based on medical records and data entry
2. Manage schedules of PIs, RAs, and recruitment subjects, so that projects will run optimally, incident-free, and without significant delays
3. Plan appropriate coordination strategies to manage project requirements
4. Provide effective and timely assistance to Director in managing her calendar and meetings to ensure smooth and organized workflow; Assist with matters related to Director’s participation in conferences/seminars and workshops
5. Assist in travel arrangements, act as claims assistant for travel, transport and hospitality submissions, so that the Director’s travel plans are well organized and hassle-free
6. Able to develop his/her own research interest embedded in the Global Women’s Health Centre and conduct relevant study analysis for manuscripts

Qualifications

The applicant should:

1. Master's degree, preferable with knowledge/experience in public health, medicine, and/or biology be able to work independently and in a team, have an investigative nature, attention to detail;
2. Proficient with Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
3. Takes initiative and possesses strong problem-solving skills, ability to multitask and able to perform independently;
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strict integrity standards in handling confidential matters;
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills;
6. Tact, discretion, and diplomacy to work with a diverse group from varying cultures;
7. Well organized with good monitoring and follow-up skills within tight deadlines;
8. Resourceful and comfortable in a fast-changing environment;

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

As a Nike Direct Athlete, you are passionate about Nike products and services. You will deliver the best possible service and attention to all consumers. Assist the team in executing all daily retail operations to ensure premium service and smooth store functioning. Responsibilities:

• Supports to Manage a portfolio of TP engagements;
• Be part of the team to assist with TP documentation preparation, related party transactions forms, TP health-check, TP planning and regional advisory reports and tax audits;
• Review and draft related party transaction agreements;
• Prepare/draft tax advisory for clients for restructuring and/or CITQ;
• Prepare financial and economic analysis/benchmarking analysis;
• Involved with other broader tax matters such as fee proposals, etc.

Requirements:

• Any recognised Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, Economics and related qualifications.
• 1 - 3 years and 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in Transfer Pricing will be considered for Associate and Senior role respectively, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply!
• Attained / attaining accreditation from the Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals (SCTP) would be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently
• Attention to details and familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing and speaking)
