Job Requirements

Position Overview:

You would work closely with the Operations Team and act as the point of contact to process transactions across asset classes, perform custodial and securities services operations, in both traditional and digital formats. In addition, you are expected to develop and process operational controls to ensure that the risk environment for operations in well managed.

Furthermore, you will need to participate in both business and technology projects as the SME of operations to perform business analysis across a variety of operational processes and systems. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Trade Processing

• Trade Execution and Settlement: Execute and monitor trade instructions for various securities, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and mutual funds
• Trade Confirmation: Match trade details and provide trade confirmations to clients promptly
• Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliation of trades, payments and positions between internal systems and external counterparties to ensure accuracy and consistency
