Requirements
- Qualified in England and Wales and/or any other similar common law jurisdiction
- Ideally has at least 3 – 4 years PQE working in a large national or international law firm
- Experience in transactional work in commodities sector in energy, oil & gas, mining, metals on agriculture products
- Attention to detail and demonstrates good practical case handing skills
- Able to work under pressure and handle concurrent tasks and tight deadlines
- Efficient, organised, and can demonstrate excellent time management skills
- A team player with good communication skills, both written and verbal
