Job Description:

• The role of the CENTRE EXECUTIVE is the day to day running of centre in order to provide quality service and further the development and reputation of centre by building strong and lasting relationships with parents, children and teachers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Overview, planning and implementation of programmes with particular focus on customer service, and teacher management.
• Overview, planning and implementation of logistics and operations.
• liaise and coordination with management, creative head/s, administrative and
  teaching staff.
• To ensure delivery of high quality customer service and work practice standards.
• General management and supervision of centre's facilities and responsibility
  for the health and safety of children, parents, staff members, and teachers.
• Overview, planning and implementation of the Academy's support services in off-site
  locations and related projects, events, and programmes.
• Plan, implement and support promotional and marketing initiatives and activities in keeping with the general mission of the Academy.
• Any other ad-hoc duties related to centre.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in related fields.
• Willing to work on weekends.

Manufacturing Technician

Location : Gul Road [Company Transport Pick-Up from Boon Lay MRT to Company (2 ways)]

Working days : 5 days

Working hours : 9am - 5:30pm

Salary : $1,600 - $2,000 [OT paid when OT required]

Working Day : 5.5days ( Sunday off)
Working Timing : 10AM - 8PM (Mon - Tue) | 2PM-10PM (Wed- Friday) | 12 - 5PM (Sat) no break
Basic: $2400 + Allowance $400 + Monthly incentives $450 = $3,250

Responsibilities

• Review route manifest prior to pickups to ensure appropriate products are picked up from each customer in a designated time frame
• Perform vehicle inspection before departure
• Load and unload parcels in a safe and secure manner to prevent damage, spillage or loss
• Communicate any traffic delays or concerns to supervisor as needed
• Maintain good communication and relations with internal and external stakeholders
• Comply with company safety standards
• Complete all necessary paperwork during pickups
• Report all mispicks to supervisors
• Exhibit professionalism with customers at all times, to include proper dress attire representing the company

Sales Executive

• 5 days, 10am-6pm
• Salary: $2500 -$3000 + Commission

Job scope:

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieving monthly sales targets and KPI's.
• Responsible for all marketing and sales activities from lead generation to contract closing.
• Drive sales by designing and implementing targeted marketing strategies (traditional / online).

What’s the job?

To provide Human Resources administrative support to the HR in accordance with InterContinental Hotels Group Standards. To promote the desired work culture around the Winning Ways and Holiday Inn Express ‘one team’ approach. This role will have the opportunity to be developed to a Human Resources Leader.

Financial returns

· Administer Purchase Plus for regular purchase of office and hotel supplies.

· Ensure all the cheque/invoices received are recorded.

· Track and maintain personal files of candidates. Ensures that all filing system is organized, maintained and up-to-date.

· Provides day-to-day administrative support, including HR correspondence, processing of invoices, etc.

People

· First point of contact for all team members in relation to human resources function and queries. Answers general employee questions about HR processes and procedures.

· Assist in the recruitment, resourcing and reference checking of all new team members.

· Coordinate both internal and external training programs and send relevant employees for training.

· Maintain confidentiality at all times on all matters pertaining to team members.

· Champion and initiate Employee Engagement activities.

Guest experience

· Adheres to Brand standards for Holiday Inn Express, at all times and encourages others to do the same.

· Acts as a BrandHearted ambassador for the hotel.

· Regular updating of notice boards & Room to Grow Training Calendar.

· Respond in a courteous and prompt manner to all guest questions, complaints and/or requests to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.

Responsible business

· Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures.

· Familiarise with emergency and evacuation procedures.

· Maintain current information and records of suppliers of training resources and materials.

· Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, policies and procedures.

· Performs any other duties as required in the operation to effectively run the hotel.

Assist to submit Team Member’s accident report (if any) to Ministry of Manpower promptly.
