JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our Real Asset Fund Administration team within the Alternative Investment Solutions (AIS) division in Singapore. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage deliverables from an offshore team by actively engaging and reviewing their bookkeeping work

• Lead audits, identify key controls, and recommend practical improvements.
• Assist with data analytics, present findings, working directly with the Head of Internal Audit
• Perform walk-through interviews, pinpoint key controls, and tailor audit procedures to evaluate the design and verify the effectiveness of internal controls across different business processes.
• Minimal travel (about 20%) across primarily SEA

Key requirements

• 2+ years of internal audit or external audit experience
• External auditors handling Financial Services (FSO) or Technology industries are welcome to apply
• Experience in Treasury / AML audit is required
• CA, CPA, CIA, CISA, CFE would be an advantage

HR Partnership

• Full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management and development
• Knowledge and advisory of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation, performance management, recruitment and rewards strategies
• Delivery of key HR projects such as performance management and promotional exercises
• Analyzing and identifying issues and providing recommendations on HR solutions.

HR Policies, Processes and Systems

• Initiate improvements to internal HR processes, systems and communications towards enhancing service experience.
• Educate People Managers and employees on policy/system changes and implications, as well as understand and gather their feedback and input.

Operational Excellence and Support on Faculty Affairs

• Engage in manpower planning and projection of faculty and work with Finance Business Partners and HODs on manpower projections, budget and costings.
• Establish clear understanding of the recruitment needs and work closely with the Shared Services team and hiring managers to hire the appropriate talent on a timely basis
• Assist in planning and implementing faculty performance appraisal exercise
• Support in the conceptualization and implementation of faculty development initiatives
• Manage onboarding and off-boarding matters
• Provide support on disciplinary or grievances matters
• Drive key employee initiatives such as awards and welfare matters
• Any other duties as assigned

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree with minimum 3 years of relevant HR working experience
• Good knowledge of Employment Act and Work Pass regulations
