• Support Senior Librarian of Reference & User Services in managing daily customer operations, maintenance of library facilities/spaces and services to users (staff and public) in line with standards, policy and procedure.
• Oversee and manage the library’s circulation and information/enquiry services, including monitoring service delivery (across different channels) by staff, roster planning, manning of circulation counter, processing of loan and membership transactions, handling advisory/information enquiries, and troubleshooting issues related to common library equipment/services.

The Synthetic Product Group (SPG) business offers institutional clients and hedge funds products which are optimal with respect to tax, balance sheet and funding.
