• Working Hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm
• Salary: $1,800 - $2,200 (Depends on Experience)

Responsibilities:

Admin

• Prepare customer quotations
• Fulfilling orders
• Processing orders to shipment and delivery of orders to customers.
• Responsible to manage customers’ orders and coordinating with colleagues during the entire process.
• Data entry
• Manage sales hotline and follow up on all customer and other sales enquiries
• And other admin matters as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

• On job training provided.
• Minimum of 1-year related experience in related Food wholesale trade will be advantageous
• Proficient in MS office applications

• 5 days & 5.5 days alternate Sat, Mon-Fri - 8.15am-5.15am / Sat - 8.15am - 12.45pm
• Salary: $1800 -$2000 + OT (Gross salary around $2500)

Job descriptions:

• Prepare and issue gate passes for outgoing cargo and containers.
• Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents.
• Handle customer orders efficiently via email and phone.
• Update and print of incoming (Receipt Note) and outgoing (Delivery Note) cargo in the AX system on a daily basis.
• Communicate effectively with operations staff to coordinate and fulfill customer orders
