Job Description

Data Management (80%)

• Create and maintain SAP master data for grants and funds (e.g. fund, cost centre, WBS) for entities timely upon request from stakeholders.
• Check supporting documents provided to ensure information contained is complete and in accordance with the overall data schema.
• Liaise with stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies.
• Perform closing of project codes timely as per SOP, and any re-opening as required to facilitate operations.
• Perform regular checks on newly created master data, flag exceptions for follow-up and resolution.
• Ensure documentations are well organised and maintained

Management Reporting (20%)

• Support the maintenance of data visualisation dashboard that runs on Tableau platform.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in system and performing regular checks
• Process and maintain user access , coordinate and conduct regular training, manage queries and feedback
• Prepare monthly management reports to supporting entities
• Other ad-hoc tasks as required

Job Requirements

• Qualifications in Accountancy or Finance with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Fresh Grads are also welcomed provided with good working determination
• Good command of MS Office application
• Must be Meticulous, organised as you will be dealing with large sets of number/data at one go
• Must possess good communication skills as you will liaise with internal/external stakeholders
• Knowledge of SAP and BI reporting tools is a plus

Job responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end Balanced Scorecard audits (“BSC”) including reviewing of fact find documentations to ensure proper advisory process were carried out
• Perform client surveys through call-backs or mailing of survey forms to determine if FAs have met the stipulated standards relating to FAIR BSC framework, FAA or relevant legislations
• Follow up on Client Service Recovery rectifications till completion.
• Conduct training / provide guidance to FAs on common infractions.
• Implement the Group requirements for compliance with MAS Consultation Papers that impacts BSC.
• Stay abreast of the MAS/FAA and related regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma/Degree qualification with prior relevant experience in sales compliance, market conduct, within financial or insurance industry
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements e.g. MAS (FAA/FAR etc) and BSC framework
