As a Legal Entity Controller within the Singapore and Australia Asset Management Legal Entities, you will be tasked with ensuring the precise and punctual submission of financial reports and regulatory filings. Job responsibilities

• Manage month-end close process to ensure accurate and complete close of books and records under US GAAP as well as local GAAP for Singapore and Australia Asset Management Legal Entities

• Perform analytical review to identify any significant misstatement on Balance Sheet and Income Statement, and liaise with other functions to identify business drivers for significant variances

• Involve in the monthly general ledger certification and substantiation process

• Work closely with the Regional MIS team in HK on financial planning and analysis processes such as monthly Flash vs Actual reporting and reviewing outlook revenue and expenses

BROAD FUNCTION
