Job scope

• Manage financial closing process and audit for Singapore entities
• Perform costing analysis, identifying and highlight areas of improvement to Business unit to assess in improving overall margin
• Involve in month end closing process from preparing journal to prepare management report
• Review financial data and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual report for analysis
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly reporting of entity financial statements including supporting of group reporting pack
• Review of GST computation and form to ensure compliance with GST Laws
• Prepare audit schedules or balance sheet reconciliation to ensure items are clear off on timely basis
• Oversee the cost control function with support from the team
• Liaise with Auditors, Tax Agent and/ or any consultant regarding Accounting and Taxation matter
