• Use sales scripts to introduce products or services to leads, adapting scripts as needed.
• Understand the target market and confidently answer questions about the company or its programs.
• Qualify leads and refer them to the sales team.
• Enter and update customer information in Salesforce, maintaining accurate records.
• Ensure accuracy in sales information to avoid misrepresentation.
• Achieve or exceed sales goals.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Higher Nitec in any field.
• Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and telephone systems.

The co is looking for a HR generalist and ops professional who is highly motivated to provide coverage to support the growth of company expansion, HR matters and admin matters.

Position Summary
As the HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s people-first culture. You will work closely with our team to foster a positive, dynamic, and motivated workplace. This role is suitable for one who thrives in an energetic and fast-paced environment and has the creativity and emotional intelligence to build strong relationships and drive engagement across the organization.

Job Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring decisions.
• Conduct new employee orientations and ensure smooth onboarding processes
• Assist in the development of job descriptions and maintain accurate records of employment offers and contracts.

Employee Relations:

• Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, offering guidance on policies, procedures, and conflict resolution.
• Assist in conducting employee engagement surveys and implementing improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate employee disciplinary processes and performance management.
  Organise and brainstorm team bonding events, fostering strong start up culture and growth

Compensation and Benefits:

• Administer and track employee compensation, benefits programs, and annual reviews.
  Assist in researching and benchmarking compensation trends to ensure competitive salary structures.
• Act as a liaison between employees and benefit providers, helping to resolve any issues or inquiries.
• Work with HR Vendors on payroll/leaves system ensure seamless workflow

HR Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with all local employment laws.
• Maintain employee records, ensuring accurate documentation of personnel files and HR-related documentation.
• Assist in the development, review, and update of HR policies and procedures.

Training and Development:

• Assist in identifying employee development needs and create training programs to foster skill enhancement.
• Coordinate and track employee training programs and ensure compliance with training requirements. Support succession planning initiatives.

HR Data and Reporting:

• Maintain HR data in relevant systems and generate reports for management.
• Track key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement) to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Note- HR payroll is outsourced
