Our client, a healthcare organization in Singapore is currently seeking candidates to join them as a HR Executive.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, talent management, business partnering, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, performance management and succession planning
- Advice Line Management on performance management, resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Participate in leadership meetings and provide solutions for the operational plans and initiatives
- Oversee the offboarding activities, analyse trends and work with management to support the retention initiatives
- Manage inquiries from employees and provide professional HR advice on interpreting HR policies and issues
- Facilitate and support the performance appraisal process to ensure objective performance reviews, promotions, salary benchmarking exercises, and career development
- Plan and executing various employee engagement and recruitment initiatives
- Prepare manpower reports for internal and external stakeholders
Job Requirements:
- Degree in HR Management or related
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR management
- Strong with numbers, performing analysis, preparing proposals and handling stakeholders
- Able to engage, guide and partner with senior leaders on strategic HR matters
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
