• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with HR management systems such as Unit4 Prosoft HRMS is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and professional service, ensuring customers have an exceptional shopping experience.
• Assist customers by offering detailed information about products and promotions.
• Meet and exceed sales goals by recommending products based on customer needs and preferences.
• Help with stocking, organising, and maintaining the store’s inventory.
• Ensure displays are attractive, well-maintained, and consistent with store standards.
• Process transactions, handle cash, credit, and return transactions accurately.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Help with maintaining store cleanliness and tidiness, including the sales floor, storeroom and office.

Qualifications:

• Minimum ‘O’ Level
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Updating of employees' personal particulars
• Managing of employees' leave and claims.
• Assist with promotion/demotion process and awards.
• Conduct gift valuation and manage welfare grants for personnel.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Skills & experience needed:

• Singapore Citizen/Permanent Resident
• Diploma in Human Resource or relevant discipline or A-level with minimally one year of relevant experience
• Strong service excellence mindset

• Location: Bukit Gombak, Hillview & Depot Road (Might have to rotate between 3 different locations Bi Weekly)
