JOB SUMMARY

This role is required to:

• Investigate Potential Inappropriate Sales (“PIS”) lodged against the Bank on investment products like bancassurance, fixed income, mutual funds, and structured notes.
• Review, investigation, engage and resolve disputes lodged with Financial Industry Disputes Resolution Centre (“FIDReC”).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To review Client’s raised allegations on PIS, conduct investigation into allegations (review all relevant documentation, conduct interviews), and prepare investigation reports.
• To review Clients’ claims in disputes lodged with FIDReC, conduct and prepare investigation reports on PIS, Fraud or Service related complaints.
• To handle various levels of clients’ disputes, ensuring that they are dealt with in a fair and timely manner.
• Deliver professional and excellent client experience by providing accurate, relevant and timely information on our products and services.
• Investigate and review issues raised in disputes and preparing appropriate investigation reports.
• Being able to work independently and taking ownership of issues.
