• Manage RMA returns from customers.
• Handle RMA requests, including approval, Purchase Order issuance, and invoice billing.
• Review and plan the RTV schedule based on MRP requirements.
• Coordinate with repair vendors on RTV returns to meet customer demands (including RMA applications and return shipments).
• Collaborate with logistics companies regarding shipment arrangements, status updates, and customs declarations.
• Oversee inventory management by periodically reviewing and executing stocking rules set by management.
• Prepare regular reports for management review.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar industry.
• Strong team player with the ability to complete tasks efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Independent and proactive.
• Knowledge of SAP/MRP is preferred.
