The Care Associate (CA) will provide home-based personal care services which aims to assist clients with their daily activities of living, to enable them to be taken care of and live in the comfort and security of their own home.

Duties include but not limited to companionship, personal hygiene, medical escort, grocery shopping, meal preparation, feeding and light housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living (“IADLs”), including light housekeeping and laundry, assistance with medication and simple errands such as grocery shopping.
• Provide companionship and engage in mind-stimulating, recreational and leisure activities with client
• Performing simple maintenance exercises as prescribed by a registered therapist.
• Provide medical escort services for clients who need to attend medical appointments.
• Complete comprehensive and concise visit reports to ensure proper documentation.
• Any other duties (including administrative duties) as assigned by reporting officer.

Requirements

• GCE N Level
• Attained training in either one of the following courses:
• WSQ Higher Certificate/ Advanced Certificate in Healthcare Support (Nursing Care)
• ITE Approved Training Centre Healthcare (Home Care) programme
• At least 1 year of working experience as care staff in the home care setting
• Able to use local languages and dialects.
• Must be client-oriented, self-directed, independent yet able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have a valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certification.
• Able to complete visit reports.

• Support store management in achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Initiate customer interactions in the store to create a welcoming environment.
• Ensure accurate cash handling while providing an exceptional checkout experience.

Collaboration with Store Management:

• Work together to meet brand standards in customer service and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales efforts and cultivate customer relationships by delivering outstanding service and utilizing effective selling techniques.
• Assess customer needs and offer the appropriate level of service and product knowledge.
• Use strong communication skills to foster and maintain customer relationships.

Collaboration on Product Presentation and Operations:

• Ensure adherence to visual standards, complete daily restocking, and represent adequate size runs according to brand guidelines.
• Manage back-of-house operations and participate in store cleaning duties as required.
• Assist with other store functions as necessary.
• Perform additional tasks as requested.
• Ensure that all visual merchandising directives, promotions, and markdowns are completed and executed promptly.

Requirements:

• With 1-2 years of retail experience
• Exceptional customer service and presentation skills.
• Positive, dynamic and results-oriented
