MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The key responsibility is to generate business development and corporate client acquisition within the practice.

Other responsibilities include:

• Responsibility for the development of all business activities
• Leverage your network across other functions within our partner/Group brands
• Develop a network of local business contacts among C-level professionals
• Identify and optimize new business opportunities, win new clients and tenders
• Offer advisory services and tailored-made solutions to clients
• Manage the executive search project from interview to offer management and follow up the integration of the candidate in the new organization
• Represent the company and the brand at conferences and networking events
• As a member of the Global Page Executive practice community, you will – share and gain experiences from other practice responsible consultants
• Drive global business initiatives and take an active part in regular meetings with other experts
• Understand the leadership and organizational issues faced by C-level professionals and are adept at building peer-to-peer relationships with these leaders, acting as a trusted advisor
• Deliver significant levels of value and service for clients and building solid employee engagement
• Support the further development of PageGroup in accordance with the Group strategy

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• At least 6 years of business experience executive search or a mix of business & recruitment experience
• Demonstrate a proactive networking approach, ability to be a business partner for local and global decision makers (including but not limited to C-level professionals, regional function heads, management and supervisory boards)
• Acknowledged experts in their industry, function or specialist areas with demonstrable sales, account management and delivery expertise
• Proven track record in delivering revenue targets with strong financial and commercial acumen
• Outstanding communication, negotiation and presentation skills with exceptional customer service attitude
• Excellent relationship building, consultative and influencing skills
• Must have client management experience with strong credibility, presence and the ability to influence executives and provide consultative service
• Demonstrates flexibility and thrives in a fast-paced, action oriented environment; ability to juggle long term goals and short-term deliverables
• Proven experience managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously, strong prioritization and time management skills, self-directed and result-oriented
• Ability and desire to stay abreast of market trends, business intelligence, and competitive information.
• University degree or equivalent

As a Community Care Associate, you play an important role to improve the lives of our elderly, allowing them to age meaningful and gracefully. You will also be expected to provide direct personal care to elders and assist them with tasks when needed in line with our philosophy of care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist elderly in basic activities of daily living (BADL), including assistance with personal hygiene and transfers.
• Identify care needs of seniors such as dietic needs and other areas relating to well-being of elders.
• Monitor health status of clients (vital signs, glucose level and oxygen saturation) and escalate to Supervisor or Manager when required.
• Assist in serving medication, pre-packed medication and apply prescribed topical medication as instructed by Supervisor or Manager.
• Plan and conduct activities suitable for seniors taking into consideration their preferences and interests.
• Observe seniors’ engagement during sessions and provide feedback on seniors’ responses and progress.
• Ensure environmental safety and hygiene of the centre, including carrying out the necessary cleaning and disinfection along with looking out for hazards.
• Able to do basic documentation of seniors’ participation in various engagement activities.

Job requirements:

• Minimum Higher Nitec qualifications.
• Possesses willingness and patience in serving the elders.
• Prior experience in caregiving duties in Hospitals; Nursing Homes or individual parents would be advantageous.
• Team player with strong communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Capable of working independently and under time constraints.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Candidates who are keen on a career switch would be considered.
• Singaporeans and local PRs preferred.

Shift work (Planned by the retail manager)

Morning shift: 10am to 8pm

Afternoon shift: 11:30am to 9:30pm

Full shift: 10am to 9:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Arriving early to help prepare and arrange the space for the event.
• Assist customers, answer questions, and provide excellent service.
• Keep track of inventory.
• Help set up product displays for new arrivals or promotions.
• After the event concludes, dismantling and packing up the space

• Physically fit
• Monthly pay with CPF
• Able to commit at least 4 days a week, maximum 5 days a week
