Main Duties:

HR Events Specialist (mid-senior)

Job description

• Promote and build good industry partners relationship
• Handle grievances, resolve conflicts and negotiate collective agreements
• Plan and organize promotional activities and social events to expand membership base
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential industry partners to grow membership base
• Proactively engage with industry partners to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions that add value

Requirements

• Minimum O' Level English grade B3
• Minimum 5 years experience in any field
• Voluntary experience is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills required for the engagement of high level industry partners
• Positive, passionate and collaborative
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to think on-the-feet
