• Position Title: Sales Associate
• Working Location: Ubi (Walk distance from MRT)
• Working Hours: 6 Days per week (11am – 8pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission + OT + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets set by management.
• Identify and address customer requirements, coordinating efforts to deliver exceptional service and maintain good relationships.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, offering optimal solutions to resolve their issues.
• Design and organize the layout and product management of the retail space.
• Plan and execute internal roadshows and promotional activities for the company's products.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

- Represent a Top global bank

- Portfolio Construction and Portfolio Management

- Update investors on market movements

- Business Development to onboard new investors

- Attend investment monthly fund house trainings (fully funded by company)

- Relationship Management with existing clients

- Leading a Team of associates after 1 year
