HR Executive (Generalist)

Highlights:

• Company Industry: Healthcare
• 5 days’ work week, 9am – 6pm

The Challenges:

• Carry out end-to-end recruitment, on-boarding, employee exit management, performance management, implementation of HR policies and procedures, staff development and employee relations.
• HR administration such as data entry, filing, prepare employment contracts, letters and other documentation.
• Support in monthly payroll
• Assist in staff housing arrangement.
• Conduct staff orientation and educate employees regarding HR matters.
• Deliver timely and accurate data and reports.
• Support in company’s events and employees’ welfare activities to promote positive working environment.

What it Takes:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource / Business Administration or equivalent

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests and performing check-in and check-out duties

The skills, attitude, and experience we require are:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or customer relations industry (guest relations, customer service or help desk position, or similar) preferably in a hotel or serviced apartment environment
• Independent with exceptional customer service and teamwork skills
• Understand the importance of teamwork as well as individual contributing towards a common goal
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• A willingness to work rotating shifts - Shifts are of 5 days/week including weekends, PH, and both morning, afternoon, and night shifts when required
