• Check and compile documents for Accounts Settlement and issue payment requests.
• Issue accounting notes and prepare Statement of Accounts.
• Check sales and purchase contracts.
• Ensure completeness of deal entry and match against signed contracts for physical trade.
• Perform validation of the trades done against trade incoterms.
• Acknowledge incoming payments from clients swiftly.
• Handle office enquiries on all incoming monies matters.
• Liaise with counterparties to verify payments.
• Liaise with overseas companies to reconcile the accounts.
• Maintain proper filing and accurate documents/records.
• Any other tasks, duties or projects as assigned by the direct manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or Business Administration.
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting for a commodity trading house.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O is an added advantage.

The Job

• Lead and manage a team of 8 HR executives, overseeing HR operations including file management and Work Pass administration.

The Talent

• 8 years of relevant experience in an HR shared service environment, supporting a high volume of headcount.
• 5 years of experience in people management, leading a team of at least 5 members.
