• Check in passengers and ensure smooth boarding processes
• Assist and guide passengers on Self Service Kiosks and Auto Bag Drops
• Handle gate duties, coordinate with airline crews, and support departure activities
• Escort and guide transit passengers from arrival gate to departure gate
• Provide special assistance to passengers in need

Requirements:

• NITEC and/or equivalent qualifications
• Ability to perform rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
