Job Responsibilities:

· Seated within Global Funds Operations team, handling of Hedge Funds Portfolio

· Responsible for trade and transfer orders from customers

· Trade verification and processing of incoming trades

· Processing of corporate action shares and cash events promptly

· Identifying areas of inefficiency and improving processes

· Coordinating with internal teams for pre-processing and understanding future business needs

· Ensure transactions are booked accurately and timely

· Assisting team with BAU work

· Submitting of documents for further processing via in house system

· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

· Minimum Degree in a related discipline

· Minimum 1 year of banking experience

· Able to start immediately or within short notice
