Summary: Serve & assist brides to dress in different of bridal, communicating and managing digital marketing on Instagram to reach more audiences and targeted customers. Must comfortable to work on weekend based on working scheduled.

JOB SCOPES

1) Taking care of the bridal boutique for operation and marketing.
2) Conceive and develop marketing strategies, Handling of social media in Facebook, telegram, tiktok, Instagram and so on.
3) Attending to customer enquiries and assist in gown fitting
4) Proactively introduce gowns, accessories, photography and video packages
5) Organize marketing campaigns, related workshops and fashion runway
Shows
6) manage appointed supplier of gown & accessories , monitoring production of gowns.
7) Maintain gown & accessories Inventory records

• Mon to Fri (8.30 am to 5.30 pm), Sat (8.30 am to 12.30 pm)
• Salary: $3,300 - 3,500
• Location: Jurong West (company pick transport provided at Boonlay MRT Station

Responsibilities:

• To drive the Company’s truck for the collection and transportation of waste.
• To assist in the collection of waste from clients’ premises.
• To ensure that the containers/bins are properly secured/lashed to the truck, before driving off.
• To assist in the unloading, segregation, and storage of the waste.
• To comply with all Traffic rules, and to practice safe driving habits while driving the Company’s trucks.
• To comply with all anti-littering laws and to this end, ensure that proper containers/bins are used to hold the waste, for safe transportation.
• To perform daily maintenance of the Company’s trucks.
• In discharging the above duties, adhere to all Warehouse Safety Rules, and observe safe work practices.

Requirements:

• Possessing a Class 5 driving license
• With hook-lift trucks with roll-on container experience preferred.

Job duties:

• Preparing regular reports on sales performance, tracking key metrics such as revenue, sales volume, conversion rates, and forecasts.
• Maintaining the company’s (CRM) system, ensuring accurate data entry, and tracking client communications and sales pipeline.
• Assisting in the creation of sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials for clients and prospects.
• Supporting the sales team by coordinating meetings, schedules, and ensuring they have the necessary resources to close deals effectively.
• Coordinating travel arrangements for sales team members.
• Responding to client queries related to order status, shipments, or service issues, and escalating to relevant teams as needed.
• Assisting in the preparation and submission of required reports to government agencies

Job Description:

• Install, service, and repair commercial kitchen equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Perform testing and inspection on finished goods for quality issues and perform corrective actions.
• Provide assistance and technical service requests to and by project clients.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
