Job Description:

• Greeting customers in a friendly manner and manage customers queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Prepare beverage according to standardized recipes and customer preferences
• Utilize proper brewing techniques and equipment to ensure the quality and consistency of each beverage served
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service, greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting their beverage based on their preferences and dietary restrictions
• Prepare drinks by following the prescribed recipes and preparation techniques

Requirements:

• FPA (Financial Planning & Analysis) for at least the recent 3 years.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting / financial planning and support the department heads in business partnering, ensure expenses are justified and push back if expenses are not Logical.
• Being comfortable with handling large datasets on Excel. Financial Modelling and cleaning up data. Working on business cases and forecast based on business case.

Responsibilities

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets and forecasts.
• Assist in the prepare on of budget guidelines, assumptions, and templates.

• Monitor budget performance, prepare variance reports, and provide explanations for budget deviations.

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

• Monitor and track financial metrics, such as profitability, liquidity, and other ratios, and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Support cashflow management.

Financial Modelling and Decision Support:

• Build financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and scenario analysis.
• Evaluate the financial feasibility and potential return on investment (ROI) of new projects or business ventures.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on financial modelling and analysis.

Financial Systems and Process Improvement:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve financial systems and processes.
