Job Scope:

• Guide students how to train effectively: Coach and motivate students in a safe and highly engaging fitness environment, utilizing unique personal trainer system.
• Coach in a small group setting: Lead small group training sessions (up to 4 students) to ensure proper exercise technique and students’ safety.
• Foster a positive atmosphere and experience by motivating and inspiring clients to achieve their full potential by providing ongoing support and encouragement.
• Help coach student beyond the gym by offering guidance and support through regular check-ins on their daily exercise, nutrition and habits.
• Cultivate and maintain community: Grow Our Community by contributing to building a strong, supportive community spirit within the gym.

Job Requirement:

• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or equivalent qualification is preferred

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal training is preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Negotiate freight charges for all shipments.
• Establish and maintain the shipping schedule.
• Collaborate closely with the supply chain team and forwarders to ensure timely execution of shipments.
• Prepare shipping documents in accordance with L/C requirements and present them to the bank for negotiation.
• Keep customers informed about shipment status and address any inquiries regarding shipment movement and arrangements.
• Verify the accuracy of invoices from freight forwarders and ensure proper payment arrangements.
• Advise and provide freight cost information to the sales department.
