Responsibilities:

• Monitoring & Issuing of aircraft planned tasks
• Liaising with Planning section on tasks issuance
• Liaising with Base Maintenance planners on planned tasks
• Updating reports on planned tasks status
• Preparing tasks for outstation tasks assignments

Requirements:

• Min “O” Level/ “A” Level.
• Poses good excel skills
• Able to work independently.

• Salary: $2200 - $3000 + OT
• Working location: Seletar North Line (Punggol MRT)

Responsibilities:

Main job to assist the Operation Manager in all site matters, thus, around 70% of time will be outdoor work at our aggregates and sands stockpile or nearby aggregate port terminal. Will only have some of time station in container office to do paperwork.

• Assist to issue delivery order at site office
• Assist to manage simple proper documentation for the daily delivery at site
• Coordinate orders requested by customer and assigned truckts to customer location
• Maintain cleanliness of the office
• Any other adhoc task as assigned by site supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma education in related fields or 1-2 years of experience in on-site coordination work.
