Key responsibilities:

This is a position with Deloitte’s rapidly expanding Tax Technology Consulting practice, providing tailored advice and solutions to a broad range of clients, both domestic and multinationals looking to gain access into various markets from tax and regulatory perspective.

As a Senior Associate, you will have some knowledge of working on ERP (SAP/Oracle) implementations and familiar with integrating the tax bolt-on solutions (OneSource/Vertex) within the ERP transformation programs.

You will join a team of dedicated ERP and OneSource/Vertex implementation specialists, focusing on end-to-end project implementations. You will be responsible for delivering compliance and customs solutions which include project management, change management, solution design, solution implementation and end-user support & training.

In your role, you will also lead and/or facilitate business process definition and modeling, check the feasibility of this business model regarding the ERP products and the legal requirements. You will guide a team to implement and configure the software to replicate the required business processes and analytical/reporting needs

You will be a key contributor to the development and growth of our TTC practice globally.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accountancy, Business Management, Information Technology or similar fields.
• At least 4 years of experience in ERP (SAP/Oracle) project implementation or similar projects, and thus have solid knowledge of the ERP Solution.
• Integrating tax bolt-on solutions with the ERP system (i.e. Vertex, OneSource Indirect Tax)
• Technical or functional lead on at least 2 full-lifecycle SAP implementation
• Experience in SAP modules (e.g. DRC, ABAP etc.) is an asset
• Software aptitude in PowerPoint, MS Project, Access, Excel, and/or Visio
• Well versed in pitching presentations to clients and key stakeholders
• Advantageous to have good understanding of the supply chain management processes
• Good analytical and modeling skills
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Open to work in an international multicultural environment and to work abroad if needed;

Responsibility:

• End-to-end recruitment & selection process and onboarding (job postings, screening, shortlisting and interviewing candidates, reference checking, employment offer and confirmation).
• Work closely with Government body to administer work pass (application, renewal and issuance).
• Ensure regulatory compliance throughout human resource management.
• Stay updated in HR legislation and effects changes or makes recommendations for change to keep the company practices in compliance with the employment laws and guidelines in Singapore
• Creation and maintain employee details in HR MIS
• Administer training-related matters including coordination or enrolment of courses, update and maintain training records etc.
• Any assign task from supervisor.

Requirement:

• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related discipline
• Experience in recruitment will be an advantaged
• Fresh graduate keen to persue HR profession are welcome under the management trainee programme
• Maticulous, able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Have a positive mindset with openness to accept additional challenges and opportunities that comes along
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken to interface with all levels of people

• Responsible for preparation of Group Consolidated Financial Statements
• Responsible for Month-End Closing of the Group
• Responsible for daily Bank-Recon, Cash Flow Forecast, Internal Inter Bank Fund Transfer
• Update and monitor Trade Finance movement
• Handles all Inter-Companies’ Debit Note transactions
• Preparation of relevant Balance Sheet Schedules and Reporting
• Prepare and submit Quarterly GST Return.
• Responsible for maintenance of Chart of Accounts
• Liaise with Auditors, Tax Agents and Company Secretary as required for all Statutory and
• Regulatory requirements to ensure Compliance
• Provide guidance and support to Finance Teams
• Identify and implement Improvements to Accounting Processes and Procedures for Efficiency and Accuracy.
• Supports overall Office Operations
• Involved in finance projects for system enhancements.
• Other ad hoc matters as assigned by Superior.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of full set accounts experience. Min diploma. At least 2 years of supervisory experience will be preferred. wholesale trade accounts experience will be advantageous
• Proficient in MS office skills.
