Your new role

• Streamlining HR projects and process improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement more efficient workflows to streamline operational processes. What you will need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field with 5-8 years of HR experience.
• Proven working experience in a banking industry is strongly preferred.
• Prior experience with process improvement, system implementation/migration such as HR technology, payroll platforms, or recruitment tools, is a definite plus.
