As a Associate, you will join the Data Shared Services (DSS) team and be responsible for maintaining existing data workflows & automation with opportunities to participate in building & executing new developments for the DRM department. This role will also include handling queries, responding to errors & feedback with stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:

• Maintain, run & troubleshoot existing data workflows & automation
• Engage with stakeholders to answer queries, respond to errors and/or feedback
• Assist in building new data workflows & automation
• Assist in ongoing projects as well as adhoc data analysis

• You are strongly self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn
• Strong interest in building data tools & automation as well as analysing data
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with ability to break down high-level requirements into actionable solutions and to think outside the box
• Strong communication skills to engage with internal stakeholders
• Proficient in Excel (preferably with pivot tables), experience with Alteryx is an advantage
