2. Constructive Suggestions to Superiors with Solutions to Problems
3. Responsible to All Tender Costing before presented to Superiors for Management meeting
4. Works pro-actively, well-co-ordinated in the Report and able to meet Superior's expectation
5. Attend and Responsive to All Tender submission and Tender Interview and Post Tender Addendums
6. Basic QS job scope (e.g. Measurement and Calling Quotation) still applied if Internal staff resources are tight

Job Description

• Work closely with management to achieve task/projects
• Plan and manage the schedule for operations to fulfil projects timelines and requirements
• Respond to customers and plan operations to service past projects.
• Monitor operations manhours.
• Proper documentation for job filing and input information into sever
• Perform department administrative and operational tasks
• Undertake any other ad-hoc projects/duties assigned

Responsibilities:

1. Handling inbound calls on payment related to hospital bills
2. Making outbound calls to follow up on payment related to hospital bills [ Daily Call Around 120 ]
3. Receivables management
4. General customer service duties
5. Handle patient enquiries, provide billing information to patients
6. Sending statement of accounts

Requirements:

1. Relevant experiences
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word & Excel)
3. Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary / Pre-U /A level / College, Professional Certificate or equivalent
